- 2012 Weingut Franz Hirtzberger Singerriedel Riesling Smaragd (Wachau): Quince, apricot, and enough energy and spices to keep you bust for a good, long while. $97 A
- 2017 Schloss Gobelsburg Heiligenstein Riesling Reserve Erste OTW Lage (Kamptal): Lemons, limes, flowers, and a sense of total satisfaction. $63 A-
- 2014 Weingut Hirsch Ried Heiligenstein Riesling Erste Lage (Kamptal): Lovely, long, lively, and lemony, with all of petrol, flint, and spice that you never knew that needed in your life until now. $60 A
- 2016 Weingut Hiedler Heiligenstein Riesling Erste OTW Lage Reserve (Kamptal): A lot of candied lemon peel, even more limes, and yet even more deliciousness. $50 A-
- 2017 Steinschaden Ried Engabrunner Stein GrĂ¼ner Veltliner Reserve (Kamptal): Delicate like fine lace, peachy like… uhm… well, white peaches. $NA B+
- 2018 ZD Wines Chardonnay (California): Fruity, toasty, creamy, self-indulgent… and we love it for it! $42 B+
- 2017 Ehlers Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley): Juuuuiiiiiicccyyyyy, baaaaaaaaabyyyyyyyyyy! $58 A-
- 2018 Merry Edwards Winery Sauvignon Blanc (Russian River Valley): There’s good reason this is an RRV standard-bearer; actually, make that a great reason. $36 A-
- 2017 Merry Edwards Winery Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (Sonoma County): Darker, deeper, and more compelling than a good Film Noir. $48 A-
