- 2018 Herdade do Esporao Colheita Branco (Alentejo): IS it rude if I say that I *really* like their melons in this context? $15 B+
- 2018 Herdade do Esporao ‘Esporao’ Reserva Branco (Alentejo): No way this much perfumed goodness should be expected under 30 clams… but there it is. $20 A-
- 2018 Herdade do Esporao Colheita Tinto (Alentejo): Just in time for all of that warmer weather burger grilling. $18 B+
- 2016 Herdade do Esporao ‘Esporao’ Reserva (Alentejo): Powerful, plummy, and bound to be popular among your peeps. $30 A-
- NV Segura Viudas Brut Rosado Cava (Catalonia): Fruity, vibrant, and punchy as all get-out. $11 B
- 2017 Merry Edwards Olivet Lane Chardonnay (Russian River Valley): Just the right amount of “dressing” on this gorgeous tropical fruit salad. $66 A-
- 2018 Merry Edwards Winery Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (Sonoma County): The earth in which these herbs and fruits are planted is deeeeeeeeeeeeeeep. $48 A-
- 2018 Merry Edwards Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley): Serious and fun-loving in balanced, equal measures. $60 A-
- 2017 Black Stallion Gaspare Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (Oak Knoll District): Coconut, dried herbs, density, and more than enough attitude for your next steak. $75 A-
- 2017 Lenne Estate Pinot Noir (Yamhill-Carlton District): How much juiciness do you need in your dark berries? If it’s “More,” then have they got a red for you… $40 A-
