- 2018 La Valentina Pecorino Colline Pescaresi (Abruzzo): An extra shot of citric joy for your dining life. $14 B
- NV Fratelli Lunelli Ferrari Metodo Classico Brut (Trento): Low on drama, high on elegant refreshment. $26 B+
- NV Bibi Graetz Testamatta ‘Bollamatta’ Spumante Rose (Tuscany): Artsy label; artsy presentation; down-to-earth substance. $26 B+
- 2016 P. J. Valckenberg Riesling Trocken (Rheinhessen): All of those limes and pears, and so little time for just 750ml… $14 B+
- NV Tussock Jumper Pinot Noir (France): In case of emergency need for a sip of red, break glass. $9 C+
- 2016 Chalk Hill Estate Red Proprietary Blend (Chalk Hill): Steak dinner has just met its plummy, bold match. $68 A-
- 2018 Record Family Wines Viognier (Paso Robles): For the record, this floral, ripe bottle of enchantment is worth your time. $25 B+
- 2017 Shaw + Smith Pinot Noir (Adelaide Hills): It is hereby commanded that you bring your king more of this peppery, bright goodness, immediately. $38 A-
- 2017 Henry’s Drive Shiraz – Cabernet (Padthaway): I’m still not sure who’s in the actual driver’s seat here, but I am sure that this ride is pretty nice. $49 A-
- 2016 Bodega Colome Estate Malbec (Salta): To be given to those who – incorrectly – want to tell you that this grape is all one-note buster. $22 B+
